TMCNHS Hugo Perez Extension with the School Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Club earnestly participated in the recently conducted Youth's Choice: A Drug-Free Life Engagement Program at Tanza Convention Center, Cavite on 19 November 2025. Division Memorandum No. 243, s. 2025 — In observance of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week, as declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 124, issued on November 26, 2001, and in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 105, issued on October 28, 2025, titled, “Directing All Government Agencies and Instrumentalities to Support the Observance of the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week", DepEd Cavite Province through the Schools Governance and Operations Division- Youth Formation Section, conducted Youth's Choice: A Drug-Free Life Cum Celebration of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week. Also, this initiative was spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office, in collaboration with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office and the Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office.
